Template a Segment

A segment can be created as a template. The template can be used to create a new segment. This feature helps you save a lot of time, especially when you have to create a new segment with a lot of filters and/or a lot of Output Headers, which are only slightly different from another Segment that’s already available.

To create a template, click on the 'Template segment' of the respective segment. The 'T' icon becomes a solid 'T' icon.

Now the templated segment appears in the list of templates under the Create segment screen.

To remove a segment from being a template, click on the Un-template segment.
