How are the below values treated when loading the data in a datastore using Redshift?

  • NULL
  • empty value

If your data contains an empty value for a header then Webex Campaign cannot load the data in a datastore. To overcome this situation, you can update the empty value with 0 as a default value outside Webex Campaign. After updating the default value; load the data in a datastore.

When the data is empty for an alpha numeric datatype then the data loading issue occurs. The data loading issue does not occur if the datatype is a number.

What is the length of the SFTP path that is allowed?

The length of the path should be below 123 characters. If the path is more than 123 characters, the additional characters get truncated and you cannot save the configuration.
