How long do the URL links remain active in Emails messages?
As per the data retention policy, the links are stored for 90 days. However, there is a slight difference in how the links behave after the retention period.
We have 2 types of URL links:
Tracked URLs: These links are tracked and are categorized into 2 types.

| These are the URLs that contain some TG headers such as Email id or First Name etc. | These are static URLs that do not contain any TG headers. For example, www.XYZ-client.com/Ts&Cs etc. |
| After 90 days, the link still goes to the actual URL without personalised data. | After 90 days, the link still goes to the actual URL. |
Untracked URLs :
These URLs are not modified or manipulated by Webex Campaign. They are not tracked for any link clicks. After 90 days, the email recipient will still be taken to the actual URL.
