Is it possible to send a message which includes both English and another language let us say Hindi in same text message?

Yes. You can send multiple languages in a single text message. Under SMS channel options, you have to select Unicode option when composing a message and then copy and paste the message content in the appropriate textbox.

How many SMS messages can Webex Campaign send in 1 minute?

Webex Campaign can send up to 50,000 messages in 1 minute. This is specific to each customer based on the agreed contract. Under the Schedule node options, you have to configure the TPS (Transactions Per Second) setting for the SMS channel.

Why do you need to setup a TPS to push SMS?

SMS messages are pushed in Bulk and in batches. The TPS is directly linked with the load on the infrastructure and associated cost. To avoid load on infrastructure, TPS is set to as low as 1 TPS. Based on the requirement, the TPS can be increased.

Why do you need a router in SMS?

A router is used to push messages to the mobile operator based on the SMSC Gateway. To avoid load on the infrastructure different routers are assigned to tenants with specific permissions and whitelisting of IP (based on requirement).
