Calendar

Calendars are used to schedule communication activities. You can create calendar schedules and reuse them in campaign scheduling. Communication can be scheduled immediately or select an existing calendar. For every calendar, Exclusion Days & Exclusion Time can be configured to exclude days and times during this period, the campaign is paused and resumes on completion of the specified time.

If a deployment could not push all the target data due to insufficient schedule, then the left over target data will be Abandoned target count. You can see this Abandoned count in Dashboard/Reports section of the deployment.

This screen displays a list of saved calendars.

You can create 2 types of calendars:

• Basic Calendar
• Advanced Calendar
