Follow up Deployments
Webex Campaign allows you to create Follow up deployments to help achieve higher customer response for a campaign. The Follow up deployments are created on top of Promotion deployments. You can also generate customized, conditional-based, filtered target groups for a Follow Up to get an effective campaign response. You can create a Follow up on the below types of deployments:
Promotion Follow up Deployments
A Follow up deployment can be created on a promotion deployment by applying multiple conditions to the Target Group of the parent deployment. The mode of the deployment can be One Time or Recurring deployment.
Instant Follow up Deployments
A Follow up deployment can be created on an existing or an externally managed deployment to provide an immediate response to responding customers. The mode of the deployment is One Time deployment. The deployment trigger type can be an Event or an Inbound MO.
A/B Follow up Deployments
An A/B Follow up deployment can be created on a parent deployment by applying multiple conditions on the parent deployment Target Group. You can select the variation based on the channel selected. You can create A/B Follow up deployments on SMS, MMS, Email, and App Push channels only.
