Users & Roles

This module – within the Administration tab - allows the Administrator to manage the following functions:

• UI User Management: Create and manage user accounts and control their usage per-channel basis.
• API User Management: Create and manage API users and control their access to the APIs.
• User Role Management: Allows access to particular system modules by assigning users to various user roles.
• Audit Logs: View or export Audit Logs generated for monitoring user activities.
• User Notifications Log: View notifications of SMS or Email channels sent to users on various activities or milestones.
