SAML-SSO Authentication with Microsoft Azure AD
Please contact your Webex Campaign Account Manager if you are interested in getting this feature enabled for your tenant.
To provide single sign-on services for your domain, Webex Campaign acts as a service provider (SP) through the SAML (Secure Assertion Markup Language) standard. You need a valid subscription to Azure AD. As your identity provider (IdP), Azure handles the sign-in process and provides your users’ credentials to Webex Campaign.
Follow these steps to enable SAML SSO:
- Contact your Webex Campaign Account Manager and raise a request for SAML SSO.
- Share the URL details with the Webex Campaign L2 team. (The URL details that were configured by your organization's IT Network Administrator).
Once the URL details are configured by the L2 team, SSO will be enabled for your tenant.
On accessing the Webex Campaign URL in the browser, users will be redirected to an Azure page (maintained by your IT team). Validated users will be directed by Azure to their specific Webex Campaign Welcome pages.
On clicking ‘Logout’ within Webex Campaign, users will be redirected back to your Azure page.
