Assets
This module of Campaign Management allows you to manage the functions related to campaign assets:
- Media: Image, video, and audio files for multimedia campaigns.
- Message Templates: Email, SMS, and MMS message templates.
- Links: Tracking links for campaigns and smart link creation.
- Sender IDs: Configuring from addresses, spoofs, and shortcodes.
- Voice Menu: Import voice menu created using Webex Connect for voice campaign.
- Apps: Creation and management of App Profiles for Push Notifications.
- SMS Partials: To create reusable content blocks for SMS. You can use multiple partials in an SMS.
- Email Partials: To create dynamic, reusable blocks of HTML code for email deployments.
Asset Approval Management
In the process of asset management, Webex Campaign can maintain different statuses (as listed below) for each asset type created. All assets created by the Administrator, and users who have permission to create assets without approval, are directly available for campaign creation.
When assets are created by other non-privileged users, the asset is created with a ‘Waiting for Approval’ status by default. This asset then needs to be Approved or Rejected by the approver. Assets have the following status:
- Waiting for Approval: An initial status that is assigned to an asset after its creation. Assets with ‘Waiting for Approval’ status must be approved before being used in deployments.
- Approved: After a pending asset is approved, the assets can be used in deployments.
- Rejected: If an asset is ‘Rejected’, it is not accessible for deployment creation.
