View a Profile

This section allows you to view customer profiles based on the Profile primary key.

To view the customer profile:

Select the profile from the Profile drop-down.
The Profile primary key text box will display the primary profile key in the Search by textbox that was defined for the selected profile.
Based on the profile key, enter the details in the Search by textbox and click Search.
The customer profile will be displayed.
