Email Engagement Transaction Report

This report will provide detailed specific email recipient level data about email opens, link clicks, the email recipient’s email client on which the email was interacted with, email domain, etc.

Obviously, like all other ‘transactional reports’ which contain PII data such as recipient emails and mobile numbers, this report is also sent out as a password-protected Excel / CSV file.

Depending on the security settings enforced by your organization on your company-issued computers, you may have difficulty opening password-protected Excel attachments because your corporate anti-virus software may not be able to scan such password-protected attachments.
