Overview
Webex Campaign serves a key role as part of your Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) strategy. It uses a web-based interface that provides businesses with a unified multi-channel communications management solution, that will allow a user to plan, create, deliver, and measure the success of personalized multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Webex Campaign is a highly flexible solution primarily developed to allow businesses to push information to their customers and clients, and to engage in a mutually beneficial conversation with them. This, in turn, assists businesses to:
- Deploy and manage campaigns over multi-channel interfaces (SMS, MMS, Email, App Push, WhatsApp, RCS, In-App Notification, Voice, and legacy systems like USSD).
- Use multi-time zone support to run campaigns for distinct geographic locations.
- Create interactive and event-based campaigns (personalized campaigns and promotions, advertisements, real-time offerings, etc.).
- Evaluate campaign response in real-time and adjust deployment accordingly; leverage dynamic A/B testing to automatically select winning campaigns, integrated control group, and seed lists functionality to help evaluate campaign performance.
- Personalize campaigns – address each customer uniquely and enable personalized web landing pages.
- Easily execute progressive campaigns – use event and an action trigger to send automatic follow-up campaigns.
The modular design of the Webex Campaign includes several customized plug-ins/handlers available and options for various network interfaces and inputs.
Each unique business or brand with access to Webex Campaign is known as a ‘Tenant’. Each 'Tenant' has a portioned service in the cloud that will allow for a secure, highly configurable platform with a differentiated look and feel.
The Customer Admin acts as the Tenant's system administrator who administers and controls the Tenant’s business operations on the platform.
