Search By Profile

This screen allows you to view the complete details of a contact queried using the CUSTOMERID.

Follow these steps to view the profile details based on Customer ID:

1. Navigate to the Customer Profile screen.
2. Enter the CUSTOMERID and click Search.

The profile details of the searched account id will be displayed.
