Creating Reports using Dynamic Reporting Headers

When a tenant is created, a default dynamic header is pre-configured with the name CELL_CODE. This can be modified as needed. In addition to this default header, it's possible to configure up to 9 more dynamic headers for a given tenant. To set up the necessary headers, please submit a request to the Webex Campaign support team.

It is important to ensure that each header contains no more than 120 unique values. If the number of unique values exceeds 120, it could potentially lead to unexpected errors such as the deployment may get stopped.

The dynamic headers are then displayed while creating the following reports:

  • Campaign Deployment Summary - By Dynamic Reporting Headers
  • Email Asset Link Clicks - By Dynamic Reporting Headers
  • Email Summary - By Dynamic Reporting Headers
  • MMS Summary - By Dynamic Reporting Headers
  • SMS Summary - By Dynamic Reporting Headers
  • SMS MMS Link Clicks Summary - By Dynamic Reporting Headers
  • Voice Summary - By Dynamic Reporting Headers

In the below screen, a tenant is configured with 5 dynamic headers.
