Verifying Sync Status in Facebook Ad Account

The client can verify the status of custom audience creation and sync of Webex Campaign Target Group Data to a custom audience under their Facebook Business Account.

1. On the Business Manager menu, click Audiences to view the list of audiences.

2. All audiences under the Ad Account, including the custom audience(s) created by syncing Target Group data from Webex Campaign, can be seen on the screen. You can select an audience and view the history for the audience.

The custom audiences can now be used to target ads across the Facebook ecosystem (Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, Facebook Stories, Facebook Audience Network etc.).
